Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your fragrance. Please review the policy below and contact us if you need help with an order.

Eligibility

  • Return window: within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
  • Final sale: opened/used perfume oils and discovery minis (for hygiene/authenticity) are not returnable.
  • Exchanges: permitted for the same item if defective/damaged upon arrival.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@abuzarifragrances.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@abuzarifragrances.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if eligible.
  3. Ship the item back in original packaging with the RMA number visible.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/incorrect.

Refunds

Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing times vary by bank). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
